GoVisaChina Mail Assistant helps authorized users search, read, organize, and respond to Gmail messages using instructions in plain language.

What you can do
- Find messages by sender, subject, keywords, or date.
- Read messages and request summaries of email conversations.
- Prepare drafts and send replies or new messages when you instruct the assistant to do so.
- Organize your mailbox by managing labels, archiving messages, and updating read or unread status.
How access works
The assistant requires your permission before accessing your Gmail account. You authorize access through Google’s OAuth consent screen. Do not send your Google password to GoVisaChina or enter it into the assistant.
Gmail permissions allow the assistant to retrieve relevant messages and perform the email actions you request. Review recipients, message content, and instructions carefully before requesting an action. AI-generated summaries and drafts may contain errors.
You can disconnect the application at any time through your Google Account connections.
How your information is used
Your Google user data is used to carry out the email assistance you request. It is not sold or used for advertising. Details about processing providers, storage, retention, and deletion are available in our Privacy Policy.
