GoVisaChina Mail Assistant
Effective date: [9/18/2026]

1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of GoVisaChina Mail Assistant, provided by GoVisaChina Inc, using the GoVisaChina brand (“GoVisaChina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

These terms apply to the email assistant. They do not constitute an agreement for GoVisaChina’s separate visa or consulting services.

2. The service

GoVisaChina Mail Assistant helps authorized users search, read, summarize, draft, send, and organize Gmail messages. Availability of functions depends on the permissions you grant, the application’s configuration, and Google’s services.

Access is currently limited to the operator and specifically authorized users. You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Authorization and your responsibilities

You choose whether to grant Gmail access through Google OAuth and can revoke access at any time. You are responsible for securing your account and the devices or interfaces through which you use the assistant.

Give clear instructions and check recipients, message content, and mailbox actions before requesting execution. You remain responsible for messages and actions you authorize. Do not assume that a sent email can be recalled or that every mailbox change can be reversed.

You must not use the application for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, unauthorized account access, unlawful disclosure of personal information, or other unlawful activity. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

4. AI-generated output

Generated summaries, drafts, and responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important information against the original email before relying on it. Output from the assistant is not professional legal, immigration, financial, or other regulated advice.

5. Your information

You retain your rights in your email content and instructions. You authorize us to process that information only as needed to provide the requested functions under our Privacy Policy.

Using the application does not give us ownership of your email or permission to sell your Google user data or use it for advertising.

6. Third-party services and availability

The application depends on Google and may use the processing providers identified in the Privacy Policy. Service interruptions, permission changes, API restrictions, and other third-party changes may affect functionality.

GoVisaChina Mail Assistant is independent of Google and is not endorsed or operated by Google. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

7. Stopping use and suspension

You may stop using the application at any time and revoke its access through your Google Account connections. Requests to delete application-held data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or service discontinuation. Where practicable, we will provide notice. Ending access does not automatically delete previously retained information.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or produce accurate results in every case. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date. We will notify authorized users of material changes before they take effect where required. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the application and revoke access.
